A Midsummer’s Retreat ‘Wild Swimming Woman at Combe Head House’

Friday 12th to Sunday 14th June 2026

Wild Retreats with wild swimming at their heart.

Our retreats are very much NOT an activity packed weekend. They’re intentionally designed to create a space to take a pause, a place just for you. Ideal, whether you are looking to take a break from your hectic life spinning all the plates, or a space to come together with others if you feel you spend too much time online or alone.

Wild Retreats are a carefully curated balance of cold water and sauna heat, individual time and community connection, nature and luxury, reflection and intention, doing and being, movement and stillness, ritual and release.

Finding your flow…

Wild Retreats weave the natural world, seasonal wisdom and weather into their very essence, whether it’s growth at the Spring Equinox, celebration at Summer Solstice or reflection and balance around the Autumn Equinox.

Whether you’re seeking stillness or connection, or both, a Wild Retreat is the re-treat you need.

Please know that on these gentle retreat experiences you are most welcome to ‘come as you are’. You are already enough! You have nothing to prepare, nothing to fear. You do not have to be a certain type of person. You do not need to know what you are doing. We will get to know each other and ourselves a little better through the joyous shared experiences of cold water dipping, sauna heat therapy, chatting and sharing food.

RETREAT LOCATIONS

Locations for 2026 include a stunning historic family home in the Blackdown hills and a Somerset farm.

We have previously hosted retreats at campsites in Dorset, on the banks of the River Brue on the Somerset levels and most recently at a glamping site nestled in the Mendips.
